Michael Solovyev is an artist, painter, a graphic designer and a designer for the stage born in Russia. He has authored many corporate identities, advertising posters and projects. He has designed a dozen books, the scenery of over 40 plays, participated in more than 30 exhibitions, including 9 personal exhibitions. His pieces can be found in museum and gallery collections in Russia, as well as in private collections in Canada, the US, Saudi Arabia, Poland and Germany. 

He is a member of the Union of Theatrical Workers of Russia, the Moscow Artists Union, the Quebec Drama Federation, the English-Language Arts Network, the Society of Canadian Artists (SCA) and Oil Painters of America. He currently lives and works in Montreal, Canada.
